For participants who choose a direct or online mode
- Authors: 300 US$
- Student Authors: 250 US$
- Vietnamese Authors: 4 000 000 VNĐ (4 triệu VNĐ)
Participants who choose a direct mode:
- 100 US$ for foreign participants
- 500 000 VNĐ (0,5 triệu VNĐ) for Vietnamese participants
Participants who choose a online mode: Free registration fees
To register for AICI 2025, please do the following steps:
1. Fill in the registration form of AICI 2025 (Word version).

For each accepted paper, at least
one author must finish Regular Registration or Student
Registration to guarantee the paper will be included in the Springer book.
2.
Student registration for authors
applies if the student is the principal author of the paper. Proof of student
status is required, please send it together with your completed registration
form.
3.
Regular registration fee includes:
Access to all AICI 2025 sessions, gala dinner, an ebook Springer Volume (after AICI 2025),
coffee breaks and lunches during the conference.
4. A Student registration covers
everything as a Regular registration.
